Dan is a Chartered Architect with over 20 years of experience working on multiple sector projects including Residential, Commercial, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare and Defence. 

Working as a sole practitioner from my home office in Frome I am available to offer friendly advice and architectural services from the start to the finish of your project. Depending on your budget I can help you develop your project brief to suit your needs. The Initial project briefing is established by undertaking surveys and feasibility studies. Sketch design options are provided at the initial stage to help encourage clients to participate in the development of their brief before committing to the more detailed planning and building control stages.

Party Wall Services

Party Wall Services are flexible to offer free initial advice. In situations where further services are required to avoid delays and disputes in relation to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. I offer competitive fixed fee and hourly rates for serving of notices, schedules of condition and awards.
