Party Wall Services as Building Owner Surveyor, Adjoining Owners Surveyor or as Agreed Surveyor can be offered as fixed fees, or provided at competitive hourly rates.

Please note that under usual circumstances all fees are paid by the Building Owner where the Party Wall works are solely of their benefit. 

Notices from £150 inclusive

  • Notices are prepared and served upon the Adjoining Owner with plans and documentation in compliance with the provisions of the Part wall etc. Act 1996. 

  • In situations where multiple notices are required there may be additional fees which will be set in advance.

Schedules of Condition from £350 inclusive

  • Schedules of condition which will include photographic and written records of the condition of an Adjoining Owners property prior to works commencing. This record helps avoid any future disputes over attributable damage and protects the Building Owner and Adjoining owner from any unfair claims. 

  • Fees are £350 / schedule and reduced in cost where several schedule(s) are required or form part of an Award(s).

Awards/Agreements from £850 inclusive

  • Fees for undertaking Awards for the resolution through the Section 10(1) of the Party Wall etc. Act is based upon a time expended basis and therefore varies depending on the complexity of the projects.
